If you have to make it the night before, then do so. Hopefully i can give you some idea, that don't take much time at all. Today's breakfast is.....

Pear and Almonds

One small pear has no fat or cholesterol.  At approximately 75 calories, it's a good source of vitamin C and fiber.  A serving of almonds (about 12)  offers protein and increases fiber, and the monounsaturated fat in these nuts may also prevent LDL (bad) cholesterol from damaging the lining of blood vessels.  Plus, they have more calcium than any other nut and lots of vitamin E.  Combine this snack with a glass of water, which helps you feel full and energized.

My new cereal....Kellogg's All-Bran, natural wheat bran cereal.  Containing 40% of your daily value of fiber.  Fiber is so important!  Among other reasons, the one reason i can talk about right now, during breakfast, is that fiber helps you feel full.
I tried to get my daughter to eat it and she said she doent' do twigs!  OK, I'll give her that, and after thinking about what she said, well, it kinda does.  Don't let it fool you.  If you are a fan of raisin bran, then you are going to love this cereal.  Next time you are in the cereal section, pick up both and compare, you'll be surprised at the fiber, sugars, and sodium difference.  Just make sure you always look at your serving size.  This one is 1/2 a cup.  Then i sprinkle some organic raisins and pour 1/2 cup of Silk soy milk.  DELICIOUS!!
